Event Debugger Improvements

This quarter brings powerful upgrades to event troubleshooting and identity resolution. The enhanced Event Debugger speeds up debugging with flexible filters and tighter access controls.

Event Debugger Enhancements

We are finalizing two significant improvements to our Event Debugger tool. The new improvements include:

  • Search Criteria: We’re adding multiple event search filters within the Event Debugger, including Event Name, Message ID, Pipeline Name, Integration Name, and Event Status. These new search criteria will help you find and debug events faster than ever. Event data located here can also be used to feed the Testing Suite real event data.
  • Enhanced Permissions: The Event Debugger allows users to view raw event data, which may contain sensitive data like PII. Users with the Admin role can now limit access to users via the User Management tab within the Settings page.

Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you do not have access to this tool and would like to activate it for your organization.

New Integrations

We’re broadening your options for activating and delivering high-quality data. New server-side integrations with Perion and more give you ready-to-use event mappings and secure delivery paths, cutting client-side load while improving attribution and measurement. From marketing platforms to analytics pipelines, MetaRouter keeps expanding out-of-the-box support.

Perion

The Perion starter kit enables server-side delivery of purchase and product engagement events to Perion’s tracking endpoint. This configuration includes predefined event mappings and required headers to support attribution and measurement. Documentation

Identity Syncs

We’re making identity resolution even easier. New server-side syncs with Acxiom and Perion securely retrieve persistent IDs and store them as first-party values, enabling compliant targeting, cross-platform recognition, and enriched audience insights—all without adding complexity to your client-side setup.

Acxiom

The Acxiom integration retrieves Real IDs through a secure, server-side sync and stores them for persistent user identification. These IDs can be used across other vendor integrations to support targeting, enriched insights, and compliant identity resolution. Documentation

Perion

The Perion identity sync retrieves a unique user ID and session ID from Perion’s endpoint using a server-triggered request. These identifiers are stored as first-party values and automatically included in server-side events to support user recognition and attribution. Documentation
